Semi-Private sessions are for friends, couples or partners with similar goals that would like to work out together. If you are looking to enjoy the benefits of a “Pilates For General Health and Well Being Session” you may want to look to share a session with a friend which can be a cost effective way for you to enjoy the benefits of a pilates private session. Your instructor will guide you through a challenging and invigorating workout using the pilates apparatus.
All private and semi-private lessons are 50 minutes in length and require an appointment. You will have a consultation with your instructor before your first workout so that we can find a session and instructor that best suites your specific needs.
