Mat Pilates


A thoroughly therapeutic workout experience that takes a balanced approach to getting fit while alleviating life’s daily aches and pains.  This class is equally dedicated to building strength and improving flexibility from head to toe with a special focus on the most critical and over/underused parts of our bodies.  Perfect for clients who want to focus on keeping injuries, aches, and pains to a minimum.

Mat Pilates PLUS

Whether you’re a Pilates beginner or a Pilates expert practitioner, Mat Pilates Plus will deliver a great Pilates workout which features classical Pilates exercises performed on a Pilates mat, but spices up traditional Pilates workouts with the use of Pilates props such as the small ball, stretch band, Pilates ring, and foam roller. The variety in Mat Pilates Plus classes ensures that each Pilates workout provides a total body workout that strengthens the core through the use of your own body weight, tones the hips and thighs, and flattens the abs through functional movement.


Mindful Movement is exercise performed with awareness.  It involves mental focus to train your body to move optimally through both athletic activities and everyday life.  It is exercise that makes you smarter.


I am hooked. I have started Barre classes and absolutely love the challenge it brings to me every time. Rebecca’s knowledge and attention to techniques makes every move effective. With the instructors on staff, I can attend a class and always feel I am getting the benefits that I would get if I signed up for a private session. I’m pumped to add the boot camp class this week! Thanks to Mindful Movements I am getting through this dreadful winter!

To MOVE EVERY DAY for 8 CONSECUTIVE days in our studio!

Our goal is to help you get back into the habit of moving and living an active and healthy life!

Move any 8 consecutively days between August 18 and September 18. You can “false start” as many times necessary during the month.

Obtain a card from one of the instructors and have them initial it every time you come in for any ONE DAILY workout in our studio. Complete 8 consecutive workouts days and EARN your MOVE. EVERY. DAY. tank.

Take a picture on your 8th class, post it on Facebook and/or Instagram to be entered to win a $50 account credit towards your next group class purchase.
Bring a friend along and if they purchase the special you will earn an entry into the $50 account credit for group classes.
