- Create a profile for yourself by clicking on the Login/Register button on the top right hand of this page. You will be directed to our online scheduler to create your profile. We also offer a free app for iPhone and Droid, which can be downloaded for your device. Click Here
- Look over our class schedule to select a program that fits your needs. If you are new to pilates we highly recommend a private session or that you attend some basic pilates mat classes first. If you have concerns about what might work for you please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist you with your selection.
- Once you have selected a class click the sign up now button and you will be prompted to purchase a class package. If you are new to the studio try our current INTRO OFFER.
- Plan to show up for class a few minutes early. Please tell your instructor if you have any special concerns or injures. We cannot help you modify an exercise if we don’t know you have an injury. We want you to have the best experience possible, so please help us help you.
- Come with an open mind and ready to learn every time you come to class. Starting something new can be intimidating and we will do our best to get to know you and your body. You will see how you will improve with each class. Welcome to a new world to “Mindful Movement”!
The online scheduler is used for group classes only. If you would like to book a private or semi-private session please contact the studio directly to make an appointment.
