Workout with Mindful Movements At Home!
Mindful Movements is mobile, and can be enjoyed anywhere. And working out on your own has a lot of benefits! But it also has some unique challenges. So in developing our Mindful Movements On-Demand tudio programming, we took everything into account and considered every aspect of the at-home workout experience. The need for options and flexibility, consistency and a regimen, variety, creativity and a hyper-vigilant focus on safe at-home movements with a ton of guidance on alignment. We analyzed and customized our teaching approach to be perfectly suited for videos vs. the in-studio environment. And we optimized every detail of our audio and video for a real-as-life presentation.
With that, we are beyond excited to announce the launch of Mindful Movements On-Demand Studio. An online workout program that gives you the BEST at-home workout experience.

ALL OF OUR IN-STUDIO PROGRAMS: We offer a variety of mindfully crafted and licensed programs BarreAMPED®, TRX®, Spinning®, Pilates Mat, bellicon®, and MORE … all brought to you in your home to practice at your leisure
A LIBRARY THAT GROWS: We add new workouts to the library consistently, so you can choose from new or old! You’ll have access to the entire library for as long as you have your subscription.
TUTORIALS: Learning the basics, the lingo, and the alignment will set you up for success! Check out our video tutorials on form and alignment, a practice workout of our most common rebounding jumps, plus mini sculpt and rebounding workouts designed to get you started.
EXTRA WORKOUTS: In addition to your workouts each month, you’ll see a few extra videos appear in the library from time to time! We’ll drop in some extra long or mini express workouts, and feature special topics, benefits, and more!
RENTAL OPTIONS: Going away for the weekend? Traveling on vacation? You can take us with you! Rent access to our entire On Demand Library for 4 days and you can take our classes with you anywhere in the world.

Pilates Ball: 9-12”
REBOUNDER. We highly recommend bungee rebounders vs springs. There are a few options to choose from, depending on your budget. Bellicon rebounders (the 44″ stainless steel model with fold-up legs and extra/strong bungees is used in our studio, retails for $845) are top of the line commercial quality with the best frame stability, jump surface, customized resistance, and fold-up legs. JumpSport rebounders are another good option used by many studios ($200-$650 retail).
