CANCELLATION POLICY

At Mindful Movements we pride ourselves on offering high quality programs taught by instructors who are highly trained and dedicated to instructing the most fun, safe, and effective class possible to our students. Our instructors plan classes accordingly to participants registered for classes to ensure the most enjoyable experience in our studio.

Please note that the cancellation policy is in place to minimize disruption to our clients and as a courtesy to our instructors who are compensated on a per client basis. Therefore, we encourage registration at least 24 hours in advance.

PRIVATE SESSIONS:

All private lessons require a 24 hour cancellation. An appointment can be cancelled via email to the studio, text message to 260-710-7709 or through direct email or text message with your instructor. Any missed appointment will be charged a session off their current package series.

DUET SESSIONS:

Duet sessions are for friends, couples or partners that would like to work out together. Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a Pilates partner. Should one person of a Duet need to cancel (within the 24 hour cancellation policy) the other Duet participant will have the opportunity to keep the appointment at the cost of a 60 minute private session or a 30 minute private session at no additional cost.

GROUP CLASSES:

If you cancel a class with less than 6 hours’ notice (“Late Cancel”), you will be charged full price.

If you do not show up for your class (“No Show”), you will be charged full price.

If you sign up for multiple classes in a row and do not attend all of them, you will be charged full price for the missed class(es).

If you are “waitlisted” for a class and sign up for another class as a “backup”, are then “cleared” and “Late Cancel” or “No show” for the backup you will be charged full price.

All monthly unlimited packages will be charged a $10.00 fee for all instances listed above.

If you have an illness or emergency, you are allowed two missed classes per calendar year with no penalty. You must call or email the studio to request the wavier.

CANCELLATION (BY STUDIO):

Group classes require at least 2 students. If there are less than 2 students registered for a class, the class will be cancelled. This decision will be made 2 hours before class start time and we will call and/or email you 2 hours in advance. We will give you the option of attending another class or taking a private lesson at the same time as the cancelled class for 10% off. If we need to cancel a class or lesson with less than 24 hours notice, we will find a substitute teacher (for classes), refund your class not taken or add an extra day to your account if you are a monthly unlimited client.
