Mindful Movements combines Pilates, SPIN® BARRE & TRX®to offer you a complete fitness program
Rebecca Bell founded and created Mindful Movements in 2001. Rebecca received her Pilates training from PhysicalMind® Institute and Polestar® Pilates. In addition, Rebecca has worked with many of the Masters of the Pilates field through continuing education workshops and specific training in all realms of the Pilates and Fitness fields. In addition to Pilates certifications, she holds certificates as a Level 5 Instructor in the MELT® Method, Gil Hedley’s Integrated Anatomy Course, Biomechanics Corrective Exercise Specialist, Course, Level 3 Barreamped®, SpinPOWER™, NKT® Therapy, TRX® Sports Medicine, as well as numerous fitness certifications.
Rebecca offers an integrated approach to whole-body wellness with over 30 years of experience directing fitness, mind/body, and post-rehabilitation programs. She embraces the guiding principles of Pilates techniques to overall fitness and wellness. This experience and knowledge allow Rebecca to design and implement programs to foster a lifelong passion for active lifestyles.
Rebecca enjoys living an active life in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She enjoys riding her bike, spending time at the lake, and playing with her grandchildren.
Mary Alison has 30 years of experience teaching classes and privates clients. Mary Alison (MAC) holds numerous certifications, including the Mindful Movement Comprehensive Pilates Certification, Physical Mind Institute Pilates, TRX®, Bellicon®, Spinning® and SpinPOWER®, and AHA Heartsaver First Aide, CPR, AED.
Mac believes that exercising ‘smarter and not harder’ is the best thing we can do for our bodies — that includes our minds as well as the rest of our physically moving bodies.
Mac makes Pilates principles the core of what she teaches in private sessions and her classes. “I want my clients to leave feeling satisfied, energized, and stronger mentally and physically.
Mac lives downtown Fort Wayne and has two children in college. Mac enjoys participating in her church’s praise band on Sundays by playing the violin and is studying to become a Stephen Minister through her church. She enjoys watching our kids play their sports (tennis and baseball) in the spring and summer, and we are starting to ease into being empty nesters.
Dylann has been teaching Pilates classes since 2002 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, from her private studio, Pilates INK. Invigorating Natural Kinetics. She received her Pilates training at The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO, one of the few training programs approved through the Pilates Method Alliance. To keep her certification current, she regularly attends continuing education workshops. Dylann’s movement background comes from a lifetime of dance experience. She enjoys working with private clients towards moving better to live an active and healthy life.

She is married and has two children and lots of pets. She is an Angola native and moved back to Angola to help her family.
Anne is a retired RN/Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist with a lifelong passion for health and fitness. Anne has been certified in SPINNING for over 20 years, certified in Mat Pilates from the Physical Mind Body Institute, and holds the Bellicon Health Education Certification from the Bellicon Academy. Nothing makes Any happier than helping people achieve their fitness goals and find joy and happiness in movement.
