We infuse our Pilates training and principles into all our group classes.  Each of our group programs are researched and licensed to ensure the highest quality programming found in Fort Wayne.  Our programs include BarreAmped®, Spinning®, SpinPOWER™, TRX®, and  a full spectrum of mat Pilates classes.

Our Move Every Day Challenge begins Aug 18! See below for details ..

To MOVE EVERY DAY for 8 CONSECUTIVE days in our studio!

Our goal is to help you get back into the habit of moving and living an active and healthy life!

Move any 8 consecutively days between August 18 and September 18. You can “false start” as many times necessary during the month.

Obtain a card from one of the instructors and have them initial it every time you come in for any ONE DAILY workout in our studio. Complete 8 consecutive workouts days and EARN your MOVE. EVERY. DAY. tank.

Take a picture on your 8th class, post it on Facebook and/or Instagram to be entered to win a $50 account credit towards your next group class purchase.
Bring a friend along and if they purchase the special you will earn an entry into the $50 account credit for group classes.

Starting August 15 make a special purchase of 8 classes for $88 and purchase as many as you need. Of course, you can use any class package you already have available on your account if you wish. The special packages will expire October 1.
