At Mindful Movements, our studio is more than a place to work out. Instead, it’s a destination where we all can focus on enhancing the lifestyle that will help us live an active, balanced, and peaceful life. Our knowledgeable instructors teach you low-impact exercises that help reduce knee or back discomfort. We work with clients so our bodies can age “gracefully” to live a more productive and happier life.
To help celebrate the lifestyle that connects our body, mind, and spirit through coordinated movements and to encourage others along our journey, we are introducing a new Mindful Movements program called “Bring a Friend and Get Rewards!” Here is how the program works.
Bring in a friend to any group class from June 13 through 25, and your friend will receive that class for free.
Introduce your friend to the Reformer. These classes are free for you and your friend to learn and enjoy. The classes are on Monday, June 13 and 20 at 4:30 p.m., Fridays, June 17 and 24 at 9:30 a.m., and Saturdays, June 18 and 25 at 10:30 a.m.
To register your friend, simply email or text the Mindful Movements studio your friend’s name, phone number, and email address, and we’ll take care of the rest. Please keep in mind spaces in reformer and bellicon classes are limited, so please register early.
When your friend purchases a package or membership, you — the person who referred your friend, will receive a $25 credit on your account. This reward can be spent on anything in the studio.
We all know the fantastic benefits of Pilates, and after a few weeks of our sessions, everyone will begin noticing that their body will appear leaner, and their muscle tone will be stronger.
Our movements focus on moving meditation, which causes a shift of consciousness that allows focus and centers the mind. This process reduces stress and anxiety, improves blood flow, and increases energy, leading to better overall health.
